The Grove Collective Finalizes NIL Agreement with Quinshon Judkins
OXFORD, Mississippi – After a record-breaking freshman campaign, both on and off the field, The Grove Collective is excited to continue its relationship with Quinshon Judkins through the 2023-24 season.
With Judkins in the backfield this season, Ole Miss Football and the true freshmen have experienced unprecedented levels of success. Judkins, a semifinalist for Shaun Alexander Freshman of the Year, set the Ole Miss single-season record in both rushing yards (1,476) and rushing touchdowns (16). More than that, his success off the field is what makes Quinshon the perfect representative of The Grove Collective. We are thrilled to continue capitalizing on the growth of Quinshon’s name, image & likeness.
This partnership highlights The Grove Collective’s commitment to taking star athletes’ NIL opportunities to a whole new level.
“We are very excited to reach an agreement with Quinshon and further support his NIL initiatives and platform. As we saw this year, Quinshon is a transformational talent and a great representative of our University” commented Walker Jones, Executive Director of The Grove Collective.
Judkins is having one of the greatest seasons ever by an SEC freshman running back. With a bowl game left, he currently ranks third all-time amongst conference freshmen in rushing yards, behind only Herschel Walker (1,616 yds, Georgia, 1980) and Nick Chubb (1,547, Georgia, 2014).
“I am thrilled to continue my relationship with the Grove Collective and continue my football career here at Ole Miss. As Coach Kiffin said, we are building something special here and I’m looking forward to competing for championships with the best players in the country for the best fans in the country! I want to thank my coaches, teammates, Ole Miss and most importantly my family for all their support this year. Let’s go Rebel Nation! “
The five-time SEC Freshman of the Week leads all freshmen nationally in rushing yards, rushing yards per game, rushing TDs, all-purpose yards, scoring and total TDs.
Jones wanted to make it known, the impact that collective members have had on this new agreement, “This is a clear message that we have the resources and commitment to support and retain the best athletes in the country at Ole Miss. Thanks again to all our fans for supporting our collective and all our student athletes and we appreciate Quinshon and his family for trusting us in this process.”
